Love one another. 1 John 4:7

Gather:

  • Small clear container with a lid
  • One toddler sock
  • Construction paper
  • Sharpies
  • Clear glue and/or glue dots
  • Sharpies
  • Glycerin
  • Glitter and/or small confetti
  • Scissors

Make It:

  1. Leader will need to cut the toe out of the sock. Trim an additional inch from the bottom of the sock to use as the scarf at the bottom of the snow globe.
  2. Cut eyes, nose and mouth pieces from construction paper or use sharpies to make the face on the center of the container.
  3. Add glitter, stars and/or small confetti into empty container.
  4. Fill container with glycerin and secure lid with quick-drying craft glue.
  5. Pull the larger piece of the toddler sock over the lid and secure in place with glue dots or quick-drying craft glue. Use a piece of yarn or a remnant of the sock to form a top knot.
  6. Slip the one-inch section of sock on to the bottom of the container as the scarf. Secure with glue or glue dots.
  7. Allow glue to dry completely before shaking the snow globe.
