Begin the building process by understanding who you are.  Learn your strengths and weaknesses.  Yes, you have weakness even though we all know you’re amazing.  You’re a Children’s Minister, of course you’re amazing.  However, if you want to be more amazing, you will recognize what you do well and enlist those whose strengths are your weaknesses to join you.   

I recommend the book, “StrengthsFinder 2.0” by Tom Rath.  It was a huge help for me in understanding how I am wired and motivate.  Check it out.  I also recommend, “Good to Great” by Jim Collins.  We need to get on the right bus with the right people and get those people in the right seats.
