Gather:
- Wooden (spring-type) clothespins
- Jumbo craft sticks
- Fine point Sharpie marker
- Extra fine point Sharpie marker
Instruction:
Preschool Literacy
Write the word on one end of the craft stick. Write the letters on individual clothespins. Invite the children to choose a craft stick and clip the clothespin letters on the opposite end to spell the word written on the stick.
Bible Skills
Write the beginning of the verse on the craft stick. Write the reference (letters and numbers) on individual clothespins. Invite the kids to choose a craft stick and say the verse then clip on the reference as fast as possible.
