I recently enjoyed a Skype interview with Greg McKeown, the author of Essentialism. He is very insightful about investing your life in those things that bring you joy. I was able to record the interview and share it with my Oklahoma Children’s Ministry friends, but I thought you might enjoy hearing from him too.
A good way to describe his platform is through an illustration he uses. Picture your entry closet full of coats. It is so filled and tight you can’t fit another coat in there. To add to the fullness, you also store the vacuum cleaner, the extra leaf to the table, game boards, wrapping paper and gift bags. I think you get the picture! This is your life. Wow! You need help cleaning out this closet of your life. I do too. Take a few minutes to watch this interview. I hope you will consider purchasing his book.
