Supplies:
- T-shirt
- Scissors
Prepare:
- Fold the t-shirt in half.
- Cut away the sleeves and the neckband.
- Cut strips along the bottom of the shirt about 3 inches long and 3/4 -inch wide.
- Tie each of the front strips to a back strip with a double knot.
